Prices are quoted in Sterling. We can accept payment in Euro if preferred but please note the price will then depend on the exchange rate. If you are booking Casa Serena via a third party booking agent there may also be a small an additional cost.

A 25% booking deposit is payable at the time of booking. The rental balance and a refundable deposit (for breakages etc) of £500 are payable eight (8) weeks prior to occupancy. Weekly cleaning, bedlinen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental price. Additional cleaning and heating available upon request.

Casa Serena is arranged for 8 adults but there are 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10.

Casa Serena is suitable for children though younger children should be supervised at all times as the gardens and pool are open areas.

​

The apartment is only available to rent if there are no bookings in the main house. Holiday makers in the apartment will only share the swimming pool with the owners of Casa Serena, if they are in residence. Holiday makers in the main house have exclusive use of the swimming pool. In this case, the apartment may be occupied by the owner, who will be discreetly at hand to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, maintaining the gardens and pool daily, and available for babysitting, booking local restaurants and tours and generally a source of valuable local knowledge and know-how.
